This modality of massage is similiar to Swedish Massage, but the deeper pressure often used is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of the muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. At Unified Body Therapies both our Therapists specialize is this modality. Perfomed only by Therapist, Greg Heisel LMT at Unified Body Therapies, Hot Stone Massage is probably one of the most popular massage modalities. It incorporates the use of hot stones during the massage. The hot stones are used to massage the muscles and smooth and relax the body when they are placed.

Up to two hours--you begin with a light massage where minerals, aroma therapy, and warm oil are poured on and then massaged into your skin. You are then wrapped like a cocoon in a far-infrared heating blanket.

The far-infrared is a deeply penetrating, healing type of heat and causes your pores to open and absorb the minerals and healing oils as well as breaking up deep muscle tension. After up to an hour of heat and absorption therapy, you recieve a massage you are now prepared to receive full benefit from.

Throughout and at the end, you receive a full gallon of Yougevity Mineral Water to help with hydration and natural flushing. We also provide a smoothie, chocolate, and a snack in-between the infrared treatment and the massage.

An alternative way to remove built-up excess ear wax! It really works!!! It can relieve swimmers' ear infections, or just help manage ear wax in general. 

Our prices covers the first candle in the ear of your choice. You can always add a candle and have two for one ear or get both done. 

We use hollow wax candles with lavender scent. Lighting it creates a suction and the wax is pulled up into the candle. It takes about 15 minutes per candle. We follow the candling by applying garlic oil (a natural antibiotic) and a lymphatic drainage massage around the ears and lymph nodes surrounding.
